Safe Registry Cleaner?

Hey everyone,
I've tried this software for a while. Is it safe to clean registry with Registry Cleaner?

Yes, you can safely clean, repair and optimize the Windows registry with a few simple mouse clicks.

I use Registry Cleaner on a regular basis. If you need to make usage of this tool more safe, just backup your registry each time you fix it. If you do so you will be able restore it any time.
