SnapIt Screen Capture is a screen capture tool to quickly capture anything on your screen, including windows, objects, rectangle-selected regions, fix size regions, web pages or the entire screen.
A hotkey is a combination of keyboard strokes to do a task. It saves time. E.g. the hotkey combination "Ctrl+C" is commonly used to copy in Windows.

In SnapIt, by default, to start capturing, the "PrntScrn" button on your keyboard is the hotkey.
Download and install SnapIt, then run it. You can capture full screen, active window, window object, pop-up menu, transparent objects, scenes from flash objects and gif animation, region of the screen and many more.

Simply press "PrntScrn" button on your keyboard and draw rectangle area on the screen. The area in the rectangle region will be copied to clipboard or saved to the file automatically.

Now, you just need to paste the screenshot into another program. To save the screenshot (if "auto save" option is off), click the right mouse button on the program icon in the system tray and select "Save As" option.
SnapIt supports JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP and TIFF file formats.
To cancel the capture press "Esc" button on your keyboard.
To make a capture of drop down menu you should activate the menu you'd like to grab and press the hot key "PrntScrn" on your keyboard.
